ADVENTURE AQUARIUM - on the Camden Waterfront. With nearly 200,000 square feet of sea life and wildlife, visitors are in for an adventure as they explore a state-of-the-art West African River featuring hippopotamuses, free-flying birds and crocodiles; surround themselves with sharks in a 40-foot walk-through tunnel; experience the wonders of the Deep Sea in the Jules Verne Gallery and have the opportunity to “swim with the sharks.”

BATTLESHIP NEW JERSEY - on the Camden Waterfront. Tours of the highly-decorated naval vessel run seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. (through March) and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. starting April 1.

RIVERSHARKS - Minor league baseball’s best seats can be found at the foot of the Ben Franklin Bridge in Camden. Ride PATCO to the City Hall Station. The season begins May 8 most games start at 7:05 p.m.

COLLINGSWOOD Walk from the PATCO station to restaurants, galleries and superb shopping. On May 5, welcome the return of the Collingswood Farmers Market (just one block from the station) offering “Jersey Fresh” produce and florals sold in a delightful open air atmosphere (every Saturday through Nov. 17). May 26, the 28th annual May Fair will feature four stages of live music, blues, rock, folk and more. A classic auto show and Harley-Davidson motorcycle display and contest will add to the festival’s appeal. Visitors will also find two FoodCourts complimenting the downtown restaurants and cafés. And as always, Collingswood’s Second Saturday offers an evening of art, music, food and festivities the 2nd Saturday of each month, 6-9 p.m.

HISTORIC HADDONFIELD - Just a short PATCO ride from Philadelphia, Haddonfield is a charming town, lovingly preserved, with a strong history dating back to 1682. April 7, Easter Egg Hunt. May 12, Mom’s the Word Event. May 28, Memorial Day Parade. On Saturdays (May 12-Oct. 27) visit the Haddonfield Farmers Market, located behind the municipal building.
