PHILADELPHIA FLOWER SHOW - March 4-11 at the PA Convention Center, 12th & Arch Streets, Philadelphia. Ride PATCO and take a journey to a legendary and beautiful land where the leaves are always green and the flowers bloom all year. The 2007 Philadelphia Flower Show – Legends of Ireland – will feature luxurious landscapes and floral arrangements, towering trees and plant displays, Irish singers, dancers and storytellers. Enjoy, learn and get inspired by great gardens and landscapes, as well as thousands of plants and floral designs. ST. PATRICK’S DAY PARADE - March 11. The annual salute to the land o’ leprechauns begins at Broad and Washington Streets. From there it’ll be a sea of green all the way to 22nd Street and the Ben Franklin Parkway for a grand celebration.

PHILADELPHIA FILM FESTIVAL - April 5-18. More than 300 films, shorts, animation, and foreign films will be viewed throughout the city.

RITTENHOUSE ROW SPRING FESTIVAL - May 5, noon to 5 p.m. Center City’s famous shopping, dining and cultural district invites you to experience an afternoon of fun-filled celebration on Walnut Street – from the Avenue of the Arts to Rittenhouse Square. The festival will feature food selections from the district’s fine restaurants, entertainment for kids, fashion shows, live music, and more.

JAM ON THE RIVER - May 26-27. Great musical talent and fabulous food make the JAM a great way to spend Memorial Day weekend. The official kick-off to summer takes place at the Great Plaza at Penn’s Landing, located between Chestnut Street and Walnut Street along Columbus Blvd. The JAM offers three stages of non-stop music, fabulous food, creative crafts, and a JAM marketplace.

ROWING - May 11-12, the Dad Vail Regatta brings the nation’s best collegiate rowers to Boathouse Row.Now in its 69th year, over 100 colleges and universities will be represented by over 3,000 athletes in this classic competition.
