Santa Reminds PATCO Train Riders About Safety, Courtesy This Holiday Season

A familiar voice will be reminding PATCO riders to stay on the nice list when it comes to transit safety and courtesy this holiday season.

While in town for PATCO’s annual ‘Silver Sleigh,’ Santa Claus graciously lent his recognizable voice to remind riders about important safety announcements.

Beginning Monday, December 17, 2018, and lasting through the holiday season, riders will hear Santa’s distinctive voice over the PA system on all PATCO trains.

Santa will be reminding riders about quiet car etiquette, sharing a seat and many others.

The regular safety and courtesy announcements will return after the holidays.
