No additional charge for children under five years of age when accompanied by a fare-paying adult.
A reduced fare, round-trip ticket is available for $2.40 from self-service vending machines at PATCO stations in New Jersey. These tickets are valid on selected SEPTA bus and subway links in Center City Philadelphia. The info is as follows:

Subway Surface Routes 10, 11, 13, 34, and 36

For FREEDOM smart card service, stop at Broadway Station (Walter Rand Transportation Center) any weekday between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. Please note that the Service Center will not be open on the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and the Christmas Day.
