Electric vehicles (EVs) have gained a presence in the automobile sector due to their opportunity to increase the country’s economic and environmental security. It is without doubt that these vehicles will play a key role in the future of transportation. As stewards of public assets, we provide for the safe and efficient operation of transportation services and facilities in a manner that creates value for the public we serve. Therefore, in order to accommodate for the increase in EV transportation, we have decided to pursue EV preferred parking spots at several of our PATCO train stations. We hope this decision will show our continued dedication and responsibility to our environment and customers.
