PATCO is excited to announce that its
Customer Satisfaction Survey launches today, September 29, 2025, and will remain open through Sunday, October 27, 2025. Current and former riders are encouraged to participate and share their feedback to help PATCO continue improving its service and meeting the needs of the community.
The survey invites current and former riders to provide input on important topics such as service quality, train and station conditions, safety, cleanliness, communication, and accessibility. Rider feedback is essential in identifying opportunities for improvement and guiding future decisions that enhance the rider experience systemwide.

Participants will also be entered for a chance to win a $25 Freedom Card.
