PATCO’s Reduced Fare Program (RFP) allows eligible individuals to travel between any two PATCO stations during off-peak hours for $0.70, regardless of distance traveled. The reduced fare is set as half the lowest full fare.
Come in person to a FREEDOM Card Service Center located at either Broadway Station (Monday-Friday: 7 a.m.-7 p.m.) or Woodcrest Station (Tuesdays 10 a.m.-2 p.m. & Thursdays 2 p.m.-6 p.m.) to sign up and have your picture taken. Click to download both applications below:
Seniors - Please bring with you photo ID and proof of age (driver's license, birth certificate, Medicare card, or other document showing your date of birth).
Disabled - If you have a Medicare card, bring it and photo ID to Broadway. In lieu of a Medicare card, persons with physical challenges should call 1-877-373-6777 or download an RFP application. Bring the application, including a statement by a currently licensed, practicing physician describing and certifying the degree of disability and that this disability significantly impairs one's ability to use public mass transportation, to the Customer Service Center at Broadway. Eligibility status may be limited by the nature and type of disability.
|1.||RFP customers must reapply every five years for a replacement card.|
|2.||If you have a problem at the fare gate with your FREEDOM card, call one of PATCO's Customer Service Agents on the Call For Aid telephone next to the fare gates by lifting the receiver and dialing "0".|
|3.||During peak hours, full one-way fare must be paid:|
