In an effort to address and improve Train Etiquette, PATCO released its first web video. PATCO took the top four complaints expressed by customers and developed a light-hearted video. Though funny, PATCO hopes passengers would remember to be courteous to their fellow riders. The top concerns the video focuses on are taking up two seats, talking loud on phones, loud music and blocking train car doors.
