PATCO has upgraded patcofreedomcard.org, the online portal where customers manage their FREEDOM Card accounts.
Most of the improvements occurred behind the scenes, enhancing system performance and providing Freedom Service Center staff with new tools to assist customers better. Staff can now review accounts more quickly, answer questions more efficiently, and resolve issues more promptly.

The web and account management system, originally launched in 2007, has been fully modernized to run faster and more reliably. This upgrade was made possible through a matching fund grant from the Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission (DVRPC).
Looking ahead, PATCO will introduce the convenience of mobile payment options, allowing customers to tap fare gates directly with mobile devices or contactless credit cards alongside continued acceptance of FREEDOM Cards, FREEDOM SHARE Cards, Reduced Fare Program (RFP), and transit benefit (T-Cards) cards.
These improvements reflect PATCO's ongoing commitment to align with current technologies and meet the evolving expectations of our riders.
