Attn: SEPTA Riders - DISCOUNTS

As a special promotion for Philadelphia, the one-way SEPTA fare purchased from SEPTA cashiers for the Market Frankford Line and Broad Street Subway is only $1 (one dollar) on the following dates:

Saturday, February 13;

Sunday, February 14;

President's Day, February 15;

Saturday, February 20;

and Sunday, February 21.

PATCO customers transferring onto the Broadway Street Subway or Market Frankford Line during these two weekends should NOT purchase the $2.40 round-trip transfer from PATCO vending machines. 

PATCO customers who are transferring onto SEPTA bus routes C, 2, 9, 12, 21, 23, 27, 32, 33, 38, 42, 44, 47, 47M, 48, 61, and 121 would enjoy a savings by purchasing the round-trip $2.40 transfer from the vending machines in PATCO New Jersey stations, as the special promotional one-dollar SEPTA fare is not applicable on the bus routes.

SEPTA transfers are dispensed as two tickets:  the first must be used within 1 hour of purchase to ride designated SEPTA routes from an interchange point with PATCO and the 2nd must be used within 24 hours to ride SEPTA back to an interchange point with PATCO.
