PATCO apologizes for delays experienced by customers on Wednesday afternoon, April 7, 2010.
Shortly after 5:00, a signal problem occurred along the line in New Jersey. Despite our efforts to address the issue as quickly as possible to minimize delays, safety must always be our primary concern. Normal signaling capability was restored at approximately 5:45.
This incident delayed many customers and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We also regret that our E-Alerts were not effective during this incident. We strive to provide helpful information and are committed to improving communications with our customers.
