With Hockey, Baseball and Football all on tap for this weekend at the South Philadelphia sports complex, PATCO is announcing special service to get fans to and from the games.
SATURDAY, OCTOBER 16
At 4:00 p.m. PATCO will be running 6 car trains. Service will be every 20 minutes until 5:30 p.m. and every 15 minutes thereafter.
SUNDAY, OCTOBER 17
PATCO will be running its normal Eagles game day schedule with service every 20 minutes with 4 car trains beginning at 11:10 a.m.
On both Saturday and Sunday adjustments will be made as warranted.
In addition, PATCO will have an additional 6 car train awaiting the homebound passengers after the Phillies games on both Saturday and Sunday as well as on Sunday for the Eagles fans. The special train will be put into service when crowds begin coming off of SEPTA’s Broad Street Line.
The Delaware River Port Authority is a regional transportation agency. DRPA owns and operates the Benjamin Franklin, Walt Whitman, Commodore Barry and Betsy Ross Bridges, PATCO and the Philadelphia Cruise Terminal. The DRPA also owns the RiverLink Ferry.
