Escalator at Collingswood Station is Out of Service

PATCO understands that escalators are important to our customers, and we sincerely regret the escalator outage at Collingswood Station.

           After repeated replacement of certain parts, additional resources were drawn upon to identify the cause of a recurring malfunction. 

When implementing a strategy to resolve that issue, another problem was discovered.  Parts were ordered.  However, upon attempting to install the replacement parts, other problems were identified.

PATCO will continue to seek solutions to these problems in an effort to restore the Collingswood escalator to safe, reliable service.

While the Collingswood escalator is unavailable, some customers may want to use Westmont or Ferry Avenue Station as an alternate.  Directions to PATCO stations are available on this website under Maps & Stations.

         We apologize for the inconvenience our customers are experiencing in the interim.
