This $32-million project, which involved the installation of elevators, extensions of concourses, modifications to ramps and stairways, and improvements to fare gates, significantly enhances the passenger experience for individuals with disabilities, as well as those using wheelchairs, strollers, or bicycles.

The improvements include the addition of eight transit-grade elevators at six PATCO stations in South Jersey and Philadelphia:
