15/16th & Locust Street Station Access

Effective Friday, 8/5/2022, the northeast and southeast stairwells and concourse access to SEPTA Broad St. Line will be closed.

The following entrances will remain open:

• Stairs located at the NW Corner of 16th & Locust
• Stairs located at the NE Corner of 16th & Locust
• Stairs located at the SE Corner of 16th & Locust
• Stairs located at the NW Corner of 15th & Locust
• Elevator located SW corner of 15th & Locust

To access the SEPTA Broad Street Line, please exit at 15th stairwell, travel one block east and enter at Broad and Locust Streets.

Alternate Means of Transportation for Individuals with Disabilities

If you arrive at a particular station and find the elevator out of service, PATCO will arrange for alternate transportation to the closest station with an operating elevator. You can either call (856) 772-6900 or use the elevator intercom/phone to make a request.
